Fudgy chocolate brownies enhanced with the fruity flavors of red wine.

Ingredients
1cupsugar
3/4cup all purpose flour
2/3cup cocoa powder
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1/2cupchocolate chips
3/4tspsea salt
2eggs
1/3 cupvegetable oil
1/4cupred wine
1/2tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 8x8 baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, vanilla, and red wine.
In a separate larger bowl, sift together the flour, salt, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and sugar.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon.
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out almost clean. You don't want to over bake these - that's what makes them fudgy.
Notes
Note: You will over bake your brownies if you use a 9x9 pan and cook for 40 minutes. If using a 9x9 pan, cut baking time to 20-25 minutes.
