Hello Dolly Bars

Layered bars filled with chocolate, coconut, and a surprise treat of Butterfinger candies.

Equipment

  • 1 13x9 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup Butterfinger pieces (optional)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions 

  • Mix together the melted butter and crushed graham crackers and place in a 13x9 pan.
  • Spread chocolate chips over craters
  • Cover with Butterfinger pieces (if using)
  • Top with unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Pour 3/4 of the can of sweetened condensed milk over everything until the coconut is completely covered.
  • Bake at 350 °F for 25 minutes until the coconut is a golden brown.

Notes

You can make this your own by adding chopped nuts (I like walnuts), different types of candy pieces, butterscotch chips, or using dark or milk chocolate chips.
