Creamy greek yogurt combined with peanut butter and cream cheese makes this healthy fruit dip a perfect appetizer, dessert, or even a stand alone breakfast.

Equipment

  • 1 medium mixing bowl
  • 1 serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese, softened*
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the greek yogurt and peanut butter. Stir to combine, making sure to blend the peanut butter as best you can. There will be streaks of peanut butter and that is okay.
  • Next, measure out the cream cheese and place on a microwave safe plate or bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds. Stir.
  • Add cream cheese to the yogurt and peanut butter mixture. Stir to combine. The dip should be creamy with no clumps of cream cheese or peanut butter.
  • Add the honey. Stir.
  • Add the cinnamon and stir to combine.
  • Move to serving dish and enjoy with fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers.

Notes

*Be sure to microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds to produce a light creamy texture. If you don't melt it a bit you could have chunks of unblended cream cheese which is very unpleasant to eat.
