Easy Starbucks Iced Guava Passionfruit Drink Recipe

Creamy coconut milk mixed with tropical pink flavors makes this easy iced Starbucks guava passionfruit drink recipe a tropical paradise bottled up in a refreshing drink.

Equipment

  • 2 12 oz glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweet coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup guava nectar
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
  • 3 tbsp pineapple ginger syrup
  • ice

Pineapple Ginger Syrup

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger

Instructions 

  • Fill each glass half way with ice cubes. Add the coconut milk, guava nectar, passion fruit juice, and pineapple ginger syrup. Stir and enjoy!

To make the pineapple ginger syrup

  • Bring the pineapple juice and sugar to a low boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes). Then add the chunks of fresh ginger. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain out the ginger pieces. Let cool before using in the drink.

Notes

  • Do not use canned coconut milk - get the kind you find in the dairy aisle by the milk. 
  • The pineapple ginger syrup is optional, but adds a nice flavor.
