- 1 cup unsweet coconut milk
- 2/3 cup guava nectar
- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
- 3 tbsp pineapple ginger syrup
- ice
Pineapple Ginger Syrup
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
